阿维A联合窄谱UVB治疗银屑病150例疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨阿维A联合窄谱UVB治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效。方法治疗组予口服阿维A联合窄谱UVB治疗,对照1组单用窄谱UVB,对照2组单用阿维A,同时监测治疗组及对照2组的肝功及血脂,4周观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率为98.4%,对照1组84.8%,对照2组66.7%,治疗组有效率明显高于其他两组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),不良反应也明显少于其他两组。结论系统应用阿维A联合窄谱UVB治疗银屑病,可提高疗效,缩短疗程,降低二者的副作用。
