MSP测定乳腺肿瘤DNA含量用于临床诊断

摘要 本文应用显微分光光度计测定34例乳腺肿瘤的DNA含量,并在标本处理和制片技术上加以改进,使非同批处理的涂片有良好的可比性。可以对临床分散的病例进行检查和比较。结果显示良性肿瘤DNA含量直方图均为单峰型,峰值位于2倍体,恶性肿瘤多有峰数增加,峰值后移,基底宽阔等表现,提示直方图上峰数,第一峰位置,最高峰位置,基底宽度可以做为四个主要观察指标。 The aim of the present study was to use DNA content of breast tumor as a practical diagnostic method.Cell nuclei DNA content of 34 patients with breast tumor were measured by microspetroghotometry.Preparation of speciment were improved so that the smear from separate cases were comparable well.All the histograms of benign tumors were single-peaked and the peak value set at 2C while most that of malignent tumors were multi-peaked,the fundi widen and the peak shift right.This study indicate that histogram of DNA content can be used as an accessory diagnostic method directly for visual feaure.In which,number of the peak,set of the first and highest peak and width of the fundi might be the observing parameter.
