摘要
本文收集了４５２例以手术为主综合治疗的乳腺癌。对诊治中的有关问题进行了分析讨论。本组随访率为９２．３％。３年，５年生存率分别为７３．９６％和５３．６５％。较一般报告稍低。主因本组中晚期病例占绝大多数（Ⅰ期９．０７％，Ⅱ期４０．４８％，Ⅲ期４３．１４％和Ⅳ期７．３１％）。我们意见以手术为主综合治疗（含化疗、放疗、免疫治疗以及内分泌治疗等）是目前治疗可手术乳腺癌的有效措施且疗效显著。应该引起注意和推广。
The problem regard to diagnosis and treatment of 452 cases breast carcinoma was analysed and discussed. The follow-up rate of this series was 92.3%.The three years survival rate was 73.96% and five years survival rate was 53.65%.This result is lower than the other reports.Because the middle and late stages cases were dominative in this series.Stage 1 was 9.07%;Stage Ⅱwas 40.48%;StageⅢ was 43.14% and stage Ⅳwas 7.31%.The concordant rate of FAN diagnosis was 91.9% to 93.7% in this series.The mistaken diagnosis rate was 6.3% to 8.1%.FAN has practical value of diagnosis for breast tumor.The combined treatment of breast carcinoma consists of operation and adjuant treatment (chemotherapy,postoperative radiation,endocrinotherapy and postoperative immunit-therapy).The combined treatment for middle and late stage breast carcinoma is the best treatment method today.
