香鳞毛蕨中木脂素类抗氧化活性成分的研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的研究香鳞毛蕨中木脂素类抗氧化活性成分。方法利用AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC技术进行提取分离及纯化,根据1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱学技术进行结构鉴定,并采用比色法测定木脂素类单体化合物对脂性自由基DPPH的清除能力,进行抗氧化活性成分的筛选。结果分离得到5个木脂素类化合物,分别为(7R,8S)-二氢脱氢二松柏基醇-9′-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷[(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl al-cohol-9′-O-α-L-rhamnoside](Ⅰ)、(7S,8R)-二氢脱氢二松柏基醇-9-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷[(7S,8R)-dihydrodehy-drodiconiferyl alcohol-9-O-β-D-glucoside](Ⅱ)、(+)松脂酚-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷[(+)-pinoresinol-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside](Ⅲ)、(7S,8R)-二氢脱氢二松柏基醇-9′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷[(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alco-hol-9′-O-β-D-glucoside](Ⅳ)、4,7,9,9′-四羟基-3,3′-二甲氧基-8-O-4′-新木脂素-9′-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷[4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan-9′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside](Ⅴ)。结论 5个化合物均为首次从鳞毛蕨属植物中得到。抗氧化筛选结果表明,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ具有较强的抗氧化活性。
