摘要
目的采用HPLC法建立江西枳壳药材指纹图谱。方法Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水,采用梯度洗脱,以1.0mL/min的体积流量于320nm波长处进行检测。结果通过对江西省道地产区10批酸橙及香橙枳壳指纹图谱的分析,共检出13个分离度良好的共有峰;并进行了不同品种枳壳指纹图谱的分析。结论本方法可以用于枳壳药材质量控制,还可以作为研究枳壳种质资源的有效手段。
Objective To set up the fingerprint for Fructus Aurantii in Jiangxi Province by using HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm, Agilent) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water-phosphoric acid as gradient eluent at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. Results By the determination of the ten batches of C. aurantium , Xiucheng, and C. aurantium ' Xiangchengr in authentic regions of Jiangxi Province, thirteen common peaks were detected. And fingerprint analysis of different species was carried out. Conclusion This method can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Fructus Aurantii and be a powerful mean of germplasm resources.
