摘要
目的与方法实验采用 D-氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)诱导的大鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察大鼠肝脏酶组织化学的变化,探讨硫普罗宁对急性肝损伤的保护作用.结果与结论硫普罗宁可显著改善因D-氨基半乳糖所致肝损害的 SDH 活性、及 CCO、chE 的功能。对肝细胞膜系统也有一定的保护作用,其对肝损伤的保护作用与肝得健一致.
Objectives To study the effect of Tiopronin on protecting liver from injury.Methods Acute liver injury model was estabolished by D-Galactosamine.Results The experimental results showed that the enzymic activity of SDH、CCO and ChE reaction were increased,but ACP was decreased in group C and D.The enzymic activity are showed no remarkable differene in group A(P>0.05).However,it is signficant different in injury model(P<0.01).Conclusion These findings suggested that Tiopronin can protect liver from injury by inducing by D-galactosamine.The protective effects of Tiopronin is the same as Essentiale forte.
