摘要
目的探讨导管超声对肝组织细胞的生物学效应和作用方式,提供导管超声治疗肝肿瘤和其它疾病的基础.方法以超声导管插入活体兔肝发射高能量低频超声,观察消融后即刻肝组织及细胞的变化.结果导管超声能有效止血并在近场产生凝固样坏死;中场产生细胞肿胀变性、肝窦内皮细胞、毛细胆管及细胞器广泛损伤;远场产生细胞器肿胀.结论证实导管超声能在一定范围有效地破坏肝细胞并止血.利用导管超声介入人体腔及深部脏器组织的优势。
Objective To study the effect of catheterzation ultrasound energy on liver and to provide the basis of tissus ablated by ultrasound energy.Methods A ultrasound catheter was inserted into rabbit liver and high intensisty acoustic energy was delivered.An immediate change of histopathology was obversed.Results Results showed that hemostasis was obsvered at once and coagulating necrosis occured in near field of ultrasound wave,swelling and denaturation of hepatic cells,damage of cell organ,bile capillary and hepatic sinus wall cells were obsvered in middle field,and only swelling of cell organ occured in far field.Conclusion The Abore results suggest that catheterization ultrasound energy can destroy hepatis cell and hemostasis in a controlled area.The technique reveals its advantage of being easily inserted into an organ and directly delivering acoustic energy for ablation.It may be of extensive usage in therapy of tumor and other diseases.
