摘要
根据扩散偶局部平衡原理,用电子探针微区成分分析,测定了Fe-Co-Nb三元系1173 K的等温截面相图.结果表明,Fe-Co-Nb三元扩散偶在1173 K时生成Fe_7Nb_6、Fe_2Nb和Co_7Nb_6、Co_3Nb、Co_2Nb五种中间化合物.Fe_7Nb_6与Co_7Nb_6形成连续固溶体(Fe,Co)_7Nb_6.Fe-Co-Nb三元系的1173 K等温截面由αFe+αCo+Co_3Nb,αFe+Co_3Nb+Co_2Nb,αFe+Fe_2Nb+Co_2Nb,Re_2Nb+Co_2Nb+(Fe,Co)_7Nb_6四个三相区组成,没有发现三元化合物.
The isothermal section of Fe-Co-Nb ternary means of the diffusion triple and electron microprobe analysis system at 1173 K was determined by The results indicate that there are five binary intermetallic phases of FeTNb6, Fe2Nb, Co7Nb6, Co3Nb and Co2Nb in Fe-Co-Nb ternary system at 1173 K. FeTNb6 and Co7Nb6 formed into a continuous solid solution (Fe,Co)TNb6. Four three-phase regions of αFe+αCo+Co3Nb, αFe+Co3Nb+Co2Nb, αFe+Fe2Nb+Co2Nb, Fe2Nb+Co2Nb+(Fe,Co)TNb6 exist in the isothermal section. No ternary compound is observed.
