摘要
文章介绍了几种不同的数字化测正弦信号相位差的方法,分析了各自的优缺点;针对引起误差的主要因素,提出了改进措施,并设计了一个基于ARM7微处理器的相位差测量系统。该系统采用的整形、鉴相电路,提高了测量的抗干扰能力,并利用信道交换技术消除了两个通道不严格匹配产生的测量误差。经过性能分析,该系统可以提高相位差的测量精度。
The paper analyses and compares several methods of phase difference measurement and shows their advantages and disadvantages. Some special measurements are applied to deal with the factors which bring errors. A new system based on ARM7 is designed to measure the phase difference of low frequency sine signals. The rectifying circuit has a strong capability of anti-jamming, which can catch the zero of sine precisely, so as to differentiate the phase difference of the two sine signals. The method of data channel exchanging eliminates the phase error caused by the delay of using different channels. By analyzing the capability of the system, a high precision to phase difference measurement of low frequency sine signals can be acquired.
