本文较详细地对２１８例全喉、次全喉切除术后２２例咽瘘情况作了分析，分别对咽瘘发生率、咽瘘形成的可能相关因素及咽瘘的治疗做初步的探讨。术前放疗是咽瘘发生的最常见原因。

This paper presents 22 cases of postoperative salivary fistula among 218 cases of patients with total or subtotal laryngectomy for carcinoma of larynx or popharynx. The incidence, etiology, clinical manifestation, treatment are discussed. Preoperative radiation is the most common cause of fistula.
