摘要
为验证由生物氧化滤池、低温等离子体发生器和活性氧喷淋塔组成的除臭系统对恶臭的去除能力,以广州粪渣无害化处理厂粪车卸料池为臭气源,对其进行工业性试验。结果表明:在处理量为54~288m3/h时,臭气中各种呈臭物质去除率均达95%以上;系统的除臭效率随着运行时间的增加而提高;系统对臭气负荷波动有相当好的适应性、稳定性和可靠性;系统中的低温等离子体发生器具有高效除臭作用。
For examining stench treatment capability of deodorization system, which is composed of bio-oxidation filter, low-temperature plasma reactor and active oxygen spray tower, a industrialized pilot study was conducted by taking stench emitted from storage pool in Guangzhou nightsoil sludge hazard-free treatment plants as odor sources. The results showed that the deodorization system could remove more than 95% of odorant materials in 54-288 m^3/h of emitted gas. The deodorization etficiency was getting higher with increase of running time in this system. The system has good adaptability, stability and reliability to fluctuation of stench burthen. Low-temperature plasma reactor in the system has higher deodorant etfficiency.
