摘要
介绍了成都市环境卫生科学研究所研制的滚筒刷自动纠偏系统,该系统采用新型液压控制系统,准确地反映刷筒的偏移量,并通过控制系统在±260mm范围内使刷筒自动回复到最佳清洗位置,使护栏清洗车在运行过程中保证刷筒能够始终紧贴护栏,具有灵敏度高、反馈速度快、性能可靠等特点,适合我国城市道路钢制护栏的机械化清洗。
The deviation auto-rectlfylng system developed by Chengdu Environmental Sanitation Science Research Institute was introduced. The system of roller brush is a new type hydraulic pressure controlling system. It can accurately reflect the offset of the roller brush, and make roller brush moved back to the optimal cleaning position when the offset in the range of ± 260 mm. Therefore the roller brush can always cling to the fence during the whole clearing period. The system has many advantages such as high sensitivity, fast feedback and reliable capability. And it is fit for the mechanized cleaning for city road steel fence in China.
