摘要
研究油煤浆在升温过程中粘度的变化及流变特性对煤炭直接液化工艺是十分必要的。论文研究了黑龙江省适宜液化的双鸭山煤与起始溶剂配制成的油煤浆体系的表观粘度,在80~360℃范围内随煤颗粒粒度、煤浆浓度、温度、剪切速率和剪切时间的变化规律。研究结果表明:煤浆体系的表观粘度值随着温度的升高呈现出先下降,然后基本稳定不变,最后又开始升高的特性。
The research on apparent viscosity and rheological property of oil - coal slurry is necessary during coal direct liquefaction. In this paper, some influencing factors for apparent viscosity of Shuangyashan oil - coal slurry in petroleum heavy oil during coal direct liquefaction were studied from 80℃ to 360℃ , which includes granularity, the concentration of oil - coal slurry , temperature , shear rate and shear time . The results indicate that the viscosity - temperature current of Shuangyashan oil- coal slurry is this: Firstly, the apparent viscosity decreases with increasing temperature and then it is invariable , finally the viscosity of slurries increases with increasing temperature
