摘要
应用微核试验方法测定了胃癌高发区长乐县的民用鱼露,结果表明鱼露具有明显致突变作用,并发现绿茶、维生素C、β胡萝卜素、大蒜素和香菇多糖对鱼露的致突变作用有显著抑制效果,为长乐县胃癌防治提供科学依据。
We examined the mutagenicity induced by fish sauce in a high risk Area of stomach cancer with micronucleus test.Results showed that feeding the mice with fish sauce could induce the increase of micronucleus rate significantly.Green tea, vitamin C, β carotin, allyltridi and lentinan have remarkable inhibitory effect on mutagenic activity induced by fish sauce.
