摘要
领导行为权变在实践中具有比较重要的功能与意义。正确的领导行为权变有利于调动下级人员的积极性和顺利实现领导目标,提高领导工作的绩效,反之,则可能导致领导行为的低效或失效。领导行为权变要有效地发挥出正向功能与作用,避免可能带来的负面影响和缺陷,应符合一定的规范与要求,同时,需要领导干部提高正确判断形势能力,增强责任感,完善领导行为规范体系。
Contingency of leadership behavior in practice have very important functions and significance. Appropriate contingency helps to mobilize the enthusiasm of lower level staff, successfully realize leadership goals and improve leader' s performance. On the contrary, it may lead to inefficient leadership behavior or failure. Contingency of leadership behavior should play positive roles to avoid possible adverse impacts and shortcomings. It should meet certain standards and requirements. At the same time, we need to improve system of conduct of leadership behavior and enhance leader's sense of responsibilities and their judgement ability.
