摘要 庐山山地上的银杏(GinkgobilobaLinn.),其叶片的光合作用在夏季晴天有明显的午休现象,这可能与气孔关闭和光抑制有关.其光补偿点为25μmol(photons)·m-2·s-1左右,光饱和净光合速率为5~7μmol(CO2)·m-2·s-1,表观光合量子需要量约为19,光合作用的CO2补偿点大于10-4。 A field study on the photosynthetic characteristics in Ginkgo biloba Linn. was conducted using a CI 301 PS Portable Photosynthesis System as a measuring device. The results showed that the reasons of midday photosynthetic depression were possibly stamotal limitation and photoinhibition of photosynthesis. The light compensation point was 25 μmol (photons)·m -2 ·s -1 or so, and the light saturating photosynthetic rate measured in leaves was in a range of 5 ̄7 μmol (CO 2)·m -2 ·s -1 ,and the lowest apparent quantum required was about 19. The CO 2 compensation concentration of photosynthesis was a little more than 1×10 -4 , indicating that G. biloba was a C 3 type plant.
