中日两国护士职业态度的小样本比较研究

A comparative study on professional value of Chinese and Japanese nurses in a small sample

目的:比较中日两国护士职业态度的异同。方法:采用方便抽样法对两国护士进行小样本的调查。结果:两国护士职业态度均处于中等水平,总均分无统计学差异;工作压力及职业发展方向比较有差异,中国护士的主要压力为晋升,日本护士则为人际关系;中国护士的专业发展方向主要是"专科护士"和"护理管理者";而日本护士半数以上选择"维持现状"。结论:要加强护士职业素质培养,引导护士树立积极的专业价值观;提供职业发展平台,不断提升护士的专业形象和社会地位。

Objectives： A comparative study on professional value of Chinese and Japanese nurses. Method： This survey was conducted by convenient sampling method. Results： Professional values of nurses from two countries were at moderate level and no difference between. As far as the work pressure and professional developments, there were quite different between. Conclusion： According to this survey, it is suggested that it is necessary to enhance the education of professional value and provide the chance of professional development.
