护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术前焦虑情况的影响

The effect of nursing intervention on relieving preoperative anxiety of the patients undergoing peritoneoscopic hysterectomy

目的:探讨护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫切除患者术前焦虑情况的影响。方法:将腹腔镜下子宫切除术前患者40例分为2组,分别采用常规的访视方式与增加护理干预的访视方法对2组患者进行术前宣教,并分别了解两组患者入院时及术前焦虑水平。结果:采取文件资料发放及体位图谱讲解等方式丰富护理干预内容及形式,能够满足患者术前心理需求,有效降低术前患者焦虑水平。

Objective： To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety of the patients with peritoneoscopic hysterectomy. Method： 80 patients with peritoneoscopic hysterectomy were randomly divided into two groups, which received extra psychological nursing intervention or only the routine nursing care. The anxiety levels of the patients in the two groups were evaluated at the first day of hospitalization and the day before operation.
