红外线全身热疗的麻醉管理

Anesthetic management of whole body hyperthermia by means of infrared radiation

红外线全身热疗是近年晚期恶性肿瘤综合治疗的方法之一。全身热疗期间机体产生明显的高代谢反应、心血管、呼吸应激反应和内环境改变。安全有效的麻醉管理可以减轻机体应激反应，通过对呼吸和循环功能的支持，保证组织脏器血流灌注和高代谢、高氧耗状态下的氧供，维持内环境的稳定。现就红外线全身热疗期间病人病理生理变化和麻醉管理做一综述。

Whole body hyperthermia by means of infrared radiation is one of the methods to treatment the malignant tumor efficiently, but it maybe induce stress reaction including metabolism, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and so on. In order to serve the patients with safety and comfort, suitable anesthesia management is the prerequisite of whole body hyperthermia using radia- tion systems with infrared radiation. The purpose of this article is to overview the changes of pathophysiological functions under different anesthesia methods during whole body hyperthermia in the treatment of malignant disease and it＇ s anesthesia management.
