摘要
塑造幸福的人,是教学的重要目标,重要的教学价值取向。教学价值的幸福取向意味着教学关注、给予与实现学生的幸福。学生的幸福可以解释为学生在教育教学过程中其生理、心理和伦理都能得到满足的心理体验,是这三者的统一体。因此,教学目的应追求学生的身体、心理和谐发展,关注学生的伦理需求;教学过程应是知识教学与学生的身体发展、伦理发展相统一;教学关系应塑造"关心型"师生关系;教学评价应该体现"人"的存在。
It has been the important teaching aim and values orientation to cultivate a happy man. The happiness orientation of teaching values means instructional care, offering students happiness and fulfilling students' sense of happiness. The happiness of students can be interpreted as integration of a satisfied mental experience in body, mind and moral during the teaching process. For the happiness of students, teaching should aim at a harmonious development of body and mind of students and pay attention to the instructional morals. The teaching process should attach importance to the unity of knowledge teaching, physical and moral development of students. Meanwhile, the subject of teaching should establish a care-oriented relationship between teachers and students, and the assessment of teaching should embody the existence of human being.
