摘要
用改进后的铣削力测量装置进行了不同槽型的铣刀片铣削力试验。基于铣削试验结果,通过机床坐标系与刀体坐标系统的转换,确立了铣刀片应力场有限元分析的载荷边界条件。利用ANSYS软件,进行了自主研发的三维槽型铣刀片和平刀面铣刀片的应力场有限元分析。有限元分析及试验结果均表明,三维槽型铣刀片的应力场及抗破损能力均好于平前刀面铣刀片。
Milling force experiment was done for milling insert with different groove by improving measuring device.Loading boundry condition was built for finite element analysis of milling insert based on milling test result. Stress field finite element analysis of milling insert with three dimension groove that invented by ourselves and flat plane was carried out by use of ANSYS. Result of finite element analysis and experiment illuminate that stress field and anti-brittle ablilty of three dimension groove milling insert excelled in flat plane milling insert.
