摘要
针对大型钢结构施工监测存在的测点多、环境复杂、实时性要求高等技术难点,设计出基于光纤布拉格光栅传感技术和多线程软件结构模式的应力监测系统。以及空间联合测量的钢结构垂直度测量方法。分析了光纤布拉格光栅和水准测量的工作原理。论述了监测系统的基本构成、测试方法、技术特点等一系列重要问题,指出了监测的技术难点及其解决方法,监测了某大型钢结构塔的施工健康状态。研究结果表明,监测方法是适用有效的。
Aiming at the technical difficulties such as numerous test points, complication setting, good real-time performance, a suit of stress monitoring system and a means of verticality survey were brought forward. The former was designed based on FBG sensors technology and muhithreading software structure. The latter used associated measurement between perpendicularity and level. The working properties of FBG and leveling were analyzed. The developer application of the monitoring system such as basic structure, testing means and technical characteristic were discussed. Technical difficulties and their resolving technique were presented. A large-scale steel tower was monitored. The results of project indicate the applicability and validity of the monitoring system.
