摘要
微晶玻璃(又称玻璃陶瓷)可用制造玻璃的方法获得[1.2]。可切削加工的玻璃陶瓷是一种新型陶瓷材料。本文用X-RAY衍射,透射电镜研究K2O—MgO—Al2O3—B2O3—SiO2—F多元系统的成核过程。结果表明:在75℃出现α-Mg2FBO3K2O晶核,800℃晶核开始长大。
Glass-Ceramics were obtained by the way of making glass. Fluoromicas-Containing machinable glass-Ceramic is a kind of new Ceramic material. In this paper,the nucleation for K2O-MgO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 —F system glass-Ceramic was studied by means of XRD TEM Results showd that,α-Mg2FBO3 crystalling grain were come out at 750℃;grain grow at 800℃.
