摘要
以端氨基聚醚(D2000)、4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)、3,4,3,′4′-二苯醚四甲酸二酐(OPDA)为原料,合成了一系列不同硬段含量的聚酰亚胺/聚醚刚柔嵌段共聚物。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、氢核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)和热失重(TGA)证实了这些共聚物的化学组成。结果显示:随着嵌段共聚物中硬段含量增加,嵌段共聚物的起始分解温度增加。原子力显微镜(AFM)扫描图像显示:该嵌段共聚物在云母片表面发生相分离,在不同浓度下组装成不同的线团状、坑状和颗粒状图形。
Series of poly(imide-ether) block copolymer (CPI) with hard-and-soft segment were prepared via polycondensation of polyether with amino end (D2000), 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA) , and 3, 4, 3′, 4′- oxydiphthalic dianhydride (OPDA). The block copolymers were characterized by FT-IR,1^H-NMR spectroscopy and TGA. Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) image indicates that varied micro-patterns, such as strings, holes and granules, can be obtained through copolymer self-assembly phase separation with different concentrations.
