细菌性脑膜炎的诊治现状被引量：5

摘要细菌性脑膜炎是常见的中枢神经系统感染性疾病，在发达国家成人中年发病率为4／10万～6／10万。随着抗生素的广泛应用，细菌的耐药性逐渐增强，因此，对病原菌治疗的方案则发生了一些变化。本文重点对目前细菌性脑膜炎的诊治现状作一介绍。
