斑点热的实验室诊断技术研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 斑点热(spotted fever)是由斑点热群立克次体(spotted fever group rickettsiae,SFGR)中病原性立克次体引起的一组以急性发热和皮疹为按症状的疾病的总称,包括落基山斑点热、北亚热、纽扣热、立克次体痘和昆士兰热等。斑点热分布很广,遍布于南极洲之外的世界各大洲。近年来,一些新的斑点热病种不断涌现,如日本的东方斑点热、前苏联的Astrakhan热、以色列蜱传斑疹伤寒、非洲蜱传热、Hinders岛蜱传斑疹伤寒及其他一些尚未命名的斑点热。
