摘要
介绍一种结构全新、适用于齿轮加工(滚削、磨削和插削)的CNC系统。该数控系统采用了同步锁相、电子差动合成及参数自动编程三项新技术。同时,在开发成功硬件基本模板的基础上,获得了一种灵活的硬件结构。用控制逻辑编程的方法,可调整信号传输途径,实现齿轮加工所需要的各种运动关系。系统的最大联动坐标数达到五个,且有两种不同的联动结构供选择。
A new design of CNC system is suitabl for gear cutting including hobing, Srinding and shapins.The CNC system is designed with 3 new technologies, i.e. synchro phase locking, electronic differiential combination and automatic paramter programing. A flexible hardware construction is acquired while the basic hardware module is developed successfully. In information transfer path can be regulated by the use of controlled logic programing to realize varieties of motion relation that required in process of gear cutting. Up to five axes can be linked and simultaneus controlling structure in two modes for selection.
