裂叶苔科植物孢子形态的SEM观察

Observation of Spore Morphology of Lophoziaceae(Hepaticae) by SEM

应用扫描电子显微镜研究裂叶苔科植物（Lophoziaceae）6属，8个种的孢子形态及纹饰，其中4个种为SEM形态的首次报道．8个种的孢子均为近球形，无萌发孔类型，属于细小孢子（〈10μm）或小型孢子（10—25μm），表面纹饰为疣状（乳头状）、条纹状（蠕虫状）和皱块状3种类型。

The morphology and ornamentation of spores of eight species in six genera of Lophoziaceae （Hepaticae） were observed by SEM. Of the eight species, the morphology of four species observed under SEM was reported for the first time. The spores of eight species observed were very small （ 〈 10μm to 10 -25μm） spherical, inaperturate, with three types of ornamentations on the surface ： verruca（ papilla）, striation（ vermiculate ） and rugulate.
