关于依法执政的若干思考

Think on Ruling According to Law

依法执政与依法治国和依法行政关系密切,但内涵不同。中国共产党实行依法执政,必须牢固树立宪法和法律至上的观念,依法获得和运用国家权力,并积极推进执政立法;同时,必须加强和改进党对立法和司法工作的领导,并保证国家机关依法行使职权,不断推进国家经济、政治、文化和社会生活的法制化、规范化。

Ruling according to law, administering the country according to law and executing the government affairs according to law, the Chinese Communist Party have intimate connections, but their connotations are different. To exercise the ruling according to law, must establish the highest sense of constitution and laws, achieve and wield the state power according to law, and advance the ruling legislation actively. At the same time, the Chinese Communist Party must strengthen and improve the leadership to the jobs of legislation and judicature, ensure the state organs exercise their functions and powers according to law, and advance the legalization and standardization of economic, political, cultural and social lives constantly.
