摘要 脑血栓形成是多种原因引起的脑供血障碍,局部脑组织因缺血缺氧而出现坏死或软化等病理性改变。国内外大量研究表明,脑血栓形成的发病与遗传学基因多态性可能有着密不可分的联系。炎性因子在脑血栓形成的发生发展过程中起着很大的作用。E-选择素和白细胞介素6作为炎性因子的重要组成部分,它们的基因多态性可能成为脑血栓形成的重要危险因素。 Cerbral thrombosis is a kind of blood-supply disord in brain, which is originated by many agents. Parts of brain tissues may emerge ischemia and anoxemia, then cause cellular necrosis or emolliating. Many studies at home and abroad indicate that there may be close relations between the morbility of cerbral thrombosis and genetics polymorphism. Inflammatory factors play a key role in the development of cerbral thrombosis. E-selectin and interleukin-6 are significant parts in inflammatory factors, and their polymorphisms may cause cerbral thrombosis.
