摘要
组织工程是近年来随着生命科学、材料科学及相关物理、化学学科的发展而兴起的一门学科,其核心是建立细胞与生物医用材料的三维空间复合体即具有生命力的活体组织,用以对病损组织进行形态结构和功能的重建并达到永久性替代。临床上膀胱的损伤或缺失往往需要进行膀胱的修复乃至重建,常用胃肠道作为膀胱的替代材料,因其与泌尿系组织结构及生物特性不同而导致一系列并发症,膀胱组织工程的研究将为解决这一难题提供一种全新的治疗模式。
Tissue engineering is a new rising subject with the development of life science, materials science, chemistry science, its core is to establish three-dimension comples of cell and biological medical materials, that is also the living tissue with vitality, which can be used to reconstruct the morphosis and function for damaged tissue and then to achieve permanent replacement. Clinically, the harm or imperfection of bladder usually needs repairing and even reconstruction, stomachs and intestines can often be used as substitute for bladdcrs, but these methods often result in a series of complications because of the differences in biological feature between gastrointestinal tissues and urologic tissues. Study about bladder tissue engineering will provide a frenew therapeutic mode for the solution of this tough problem.
