摘要 近年,表皮生长因子在创面愈合的应用较为广泛,尤其在难愈性创面,如糖尿病性创面。而表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)作为其配体发挥效应的必经途径也成为研究的热点之一,目前对其研究主要集中在其表达变化以及与其配体的结合、信号转导过程中可能存在的异常,许多方面还在进一步的研究中,现就EGFR在糖尿病性创面修复中的研究进展做一综述。 Epidermal growth factor is usually used in wound healing recently, especially in wounds which are difficult to be repaired like the one caused by diabetes, and the epidermal growth factor receptor considered as the necessary procdure for its ligands to take action has been a focus.At present,the major study and research are concentrate on variation of expression, the abnormality of the combining, and signal transduction between epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and its ligands, we now review the progress of EGFR in repairing wound caused by diabetes.
