美沙酮治疗海洛因成瘾者研究进展

Progress in Study on Methadone in Maintenance Treatment of Heroin Addicts

美沙酮为合成的长效阿片类药物,临床常用于阿片类成瘾者的脱毒治疗。随着艾滋病的出现,国内外从药物干预和与药物有关的犯罪、疾病的传播、患者的社会家庭功能等角度提出了美沙酮计划。本文系统回顾国内外近10年应用美沙酮药物进行临床治疗的各种方法和美沙酮维持治疗计划的实施,提出中国今后开展美沙酮治疗的研究方向。

Methadone is a kind of long-effect medicine composed artifieially and broadly, which has been used in treatment of opiate addiction originally. At present, with the incidence rise of ADIS, the study of methadone maintenance programs associated with drug interference, crimes induced by drug-abuse, spread of diseases,social and family function of drug-addicts has great significance in our country.This document reviewed varied methods for methadone in clinical experience in recent years and the Methadone Maintenance Programs and suggested the research direction in the future.
