Clinical and Electrophysiological Study on Ibutilide

伊布利特是一种新型的Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物,临床主要用于心房颤动、心房扑动的转复,具有疗效显著、不良反应相对较小等优点,伊布利特的临床疗效优于普罗帕酮,与氟卡胺、胺碘酮疗效相近,伊布利特与普罗帕酮、胺碘酮、电复律、镁剂联用可提高临床疗效。

Ibutilide is a novel class Ⅲ antiarrhythmic agent, which is effective in the terminatian of atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation with rare complications and without long-term adverse effects. It is demonstrated that the clinical effects of ibutilide is better than those of propafenane,but its effects is similar to that of flecainide or amiedarone. After being combined with propafenone, amiedarone, internal atrial cardioversion or magnesium, its effects would be raised.This article reviewed the mechanisms, clinical applications, potential complications, and appropriate use of ibutilide.
