摘要
目的探讨血液中六个生化指标与脂肪肝的联系强度及在临床中的意义。方法对215例脂肪肝患者与条件相同的323例非脂肪肝者为研究对象,搜集空腹血糖、三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白生化检测资料,首先采用逐步回归分析方法对资料进行筛选,再采用通径分析方法进行分析。结果与脂肪肝直接相关的主要因素有胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与空腹血糖,终末递回归方程R2=0.141;P<0.05。在这三个主要因素中与TG直接相关的因素为极低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白和胆固醇,终末递回归方程R2=0.690;P<0.05,与低密度脂蛋白直接相关的因素有胆固醇、极低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油,终末递回归方程R2=0.855;P<0.05,与空腹血糖直接相关的因素只有低密度脂蛋白,终末递回归方程R2=0.011。结论血液中六个生化指标与脂肪肝之间存在不同的直接和间接影响,可作为脂肪肝辅助诊断及评估的依据。
Objective To discussing the relationship between six biochemistry indexes of blood and fatty liver,then discussing the importance in clinic.Methods To Compare 215 fatty liver patients with normal persons in same condition, collecting FBG, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C. First, using stepwise regression analysis of data for screening, then we adopt path analysis methods for analysis. Results The direct factors of fatty liver are:T C, LDL-C and FBG, the regression equation is R2 = 0. 141 ; P 〈 0.05. While the direct factors of TG are VLDL-C, HDL-C and TC, the regression equation is R2 = 0. 690; P 〈 0.05. The direct factors of LDL-C are VLDL-C, HDL- C, TC and TG, the regression equation is R2 = 0. 855 ; P 〈 0.05. The direct factor of FBG is LDL-C, the regression equation is R2 = 0. 011. Conclusion Fatty liver can be distinguished by different levels between six biochemistry indexes.
