摘要
由日本东芝公司引进的钨材生产线,在生产过程中常出现钨材脆断、劈裂等质量问题,严重影响成品率和经济效益.通过摸索,物理检验、金相分析后,对工艺作了改进,即钨坯用“按晶粒度分类确定不同的加工工艺’,半成品用“总加工率控制力学性能”,成品用“成品加工率分状态控制力学性能’和对焊后的钨材用“不完全退火”等新工艺。结果,基本上解决了问题,产品质量得到了提高。
in processing of wollram material with the technology introduced from Toghiba,Japan, problems of product quality such as brittle failure,cleavage crack etc. arise frequently,thus, the rate of finished products and economical benefits are seriously affected. Several improvement of technology a-e taken after exploration, physical examination and metallographicanalysis. They are: the processing technology is established according to the size of crystals'the mechanical properies of semifinished product are controlled by the general working modulus' the mechanical properies of products are controlled by the working modulus with differentsituatlon and the wolfram materials after butt-welding are subject to 'incomplete annealing'.The quality of products are improved with these measures.,
