摘要
按照GB/T 19681-2005《食品中苏丹红染料的检测方法高效液相色谱法》对辣椒油中苏丹红Ⅰ含量进行分析,通过建立数学模型,对测量结果的不确定度来源如标准使用液、样品处理、校正曲线、回收率、测试方法的重复性等各不确定度分量进行了分析并进行了评定和量化,求得当辣椒油中苏丹红Ⅰ含量为1.08mg/kg时,合成不确定度为4.5×10-2mg/kg,扩展不确定度为9.0×10-2mg/kg。
According to GB/T 19681 -2005, the sudanin Ⅰ in hot chilli oil was detected by HPLC. Through the maths model, the uncertainty components were evaluated, which included standard solution, the extration of the sample, parameters of standard curve, recyle and repeatition. According to this method, the uncertainty of the components of uncertainty were analyzed, quantified and composed. The expanded uncertainty was 9.0×10^-2 mg/kg with 1.08 mg/kg of the content of sudan Ⅰ.
