摘要
对实现无缝钢管强迫润滑冷拉拔工艺中的关键部件──增压管的几何参数,采用了流体动力学的理论进行了分析研究。研究结果显示,在增压管较短的情况下,通过合理选择增压管的锥度可得到相当高的润滑压力。
Adopt fluid-dynamic theory to analyze gemetric parameters of the pressure pipe── main part in cold drawing with forced lubrication of seamless steel tube. From the result showed we can see the taper should be selected reasonablly if the pressure pipe is very short,then fairly high lubricating pressure can be obtained.
