摘要
以单、双瓣茉莉为材料,研究了冷锻炼对低温胁迫下两品种相对电导率和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。研究表明:冷锻炼可有效缓解两茉莉品种因低温胁迫导致的相对电导率和MDA含量的下降,其生理效应期分别为2 d和4d。
To study the effects of cold - havrdening on jasmine seedlings under cold stress, changes of relative conductivity and Malondiadehyde(MDA) content in Single petal jasmine and Double petal jasmine were observed. The results show that cold - havrdening could alleviate effectively the decrease of relative conductivity and MDA content caused by cold stress. The physiology effective phase of cold - havrdening on Single petal jasmine and Double petal jasmine was days and 4 days respectively.
