摘要 在对剪管工艺作详细理论分析的基础上,重点介绍了剪切圆管的刀片设计原理及方法,并简要介绍了剪切型材的刀片设计。实用证明,使用这种刀片剪切,断面质量好。 Besed on theoretic analysis of tube shearing,this paper mainly discusses the design principles and method of tube shearing blade and briefly introduces the design of section shearing blade.Practice has proved that the blades are featured with high shearing quality and high productivity.
