摘要
传统的平面作图法分析设计转向梯形机构已经不能满足精确度的要求,且误差较大,所以应用空间机构学的一些基本原理和方法对其进行了空间运动分析计算,阐明了优化机构的设计思想,使其实际的弹性轮胎更接近于理论转向特性,对车辆的运行经济性和行驶安全性起到一定的积极作用。
Conventional planar graphic and analytic method no longer meet the need of precision, moreover, error may be huge. In this paper some principles and methods of spatial mechanism are applied to the analysis and calculation of the spatial motion of the splitting Ackerman steering linkage to design and optimize the Steering Linkage,make the reality of elastic tyre more close to the theoretical steering curves,and play a positive role in improving the economical efficiency and riding safety of the vehicles.
