摘要
介绍了利用酯交换反应来制取生物柴油的方法和制取流程,通过正交试验和多组试验方案对比确定了一个最佳的反应条件使反应酯化率最高,在0#柴油中以不同比例添加生物柴油作为燃料在发动机上进行排放特性和经济特性试验,比较了生物柴油和0#柴油的排放特性与经济特性,并提出了解决生物柴油带来动力性下降问题的方法。
This article introduces the process and the technique of producting bio-diesel by trans-esterifieation. Study the optimum condition to make the yield of bio-diesel highest via orthogonal test. The emission and economy feature of the diesel filled with bio-diesel,No.0 diesel and diesel-biodiesel blend are compared by engine feature experiment. This article also shows how to improve the power performance of the engine filled with bio-diesel or diesel-biodiesel blend.
