摘要
依据原矿性质,采用优先浮硫化矿-黑钨矿、白钨矿混合浮选-加温精选回收白钨矿-精选尾矿重选回收黑钨矿的工艺流程,对含WO30.81%的原矿,获得了白钨矿精矿WO3品位为65.99%、回收率为60.55%,黑钨矿精矿WO3品位为65.4%、回收率为13.78%,次钨精矿中WO3的品位为30.2%、回收率为10.45%,钨精矿中WO3总的回收率为84.78%的较好选矿指标。
In light of the ROM ore properties, a technological flowsheet was proposed and tested that consisted of preferential flotation of sulfide ore, bulk flotation of wolframite and scheelite, heating cleaning for scheelite recovery and gravity separation of the cleaning tailing for wolframite recovery. As a result, from a feed containing WO3 0.81% , a scheelite concentrate grading 65.99% WO3 at a recovery of 60.55% ; a wolframite concentrate grading 65.4% WO3 at a recovery of 13.78% ; and a sub-seheelite concentrate grading 30.2% WO3 at a recovery of 10.45% were obtained, with the total WO3 recovery being 84.78% , a good metallurgical performance.
