摘要
针对KKД-500旋回破碎机大啮角、直线陡锥破碎腔型,沿破碎腔高度各个截面的通过能力不尽相同,其破碎性能差,衬板使用寿命短的情况,在分析原旋回破碎腔型结构的基础上,按照变啮角设计原则,采用多段二次拟合曲线分别建立动锥衬板和定锥衬板曲线方程,利用计算机绘制衬板曲线,确定衬板结构,并优化破碎腔型。通过对铝土矿的破碎试验表明,采用新型破碎腔型,其破碎性能和破碎产能显著提高。
As KKД-500 gyratory crusher has large nip angle, linear steep crushing chamber profile, different throughputs of cross sections along the chamber height, it has poor crushing performance and short liner service life. Based on the structural analysis of the original crushing chamber, in the design principle of variable nip angle, the curve equations for moving cone lining and the fixed cone lining were setup by multi-stage fitted curves. Lining curves were plotted by computer, the lining structure determined, and the chamber profile optimized. The crushing test on a high-aluminum ore indicates that the crushing performance and capacity are evidently improved by using new type crushing chamber.
