摘要
采用相间耦合随机轨道模型,在拉格朗日坐标下对旋风分离器内颗粒的运动进行了模拟研究。结果表明,颗粒在进口位置对粒径较小颗粒的运动和分离效率影响比较大;反之,对粒径较大颗粒的运动和分离效率影响比较小。通常颗粒位于靠近入口外侧时容易被分离。
Simulation study on the movement of particles at Lagrangian coordinates in a cyclone separator was made by phase coupling random trajectory model. The results indicate that the movement and separation efficiency of smaller particles are more affected by their inlet position than those of larger ones. Generally, the particles near the outer side of the inlet are easy to separate.
