自制黄斑油治疗白癜风豚鼠的实验研究

目的用自制黄斑油进行实验治疗,并观察其是否反弹。方法用化学脱色法建立白癜风动物模型。结果黑素颗粒细胞数黄斑油组明显增多(P<0.01);MAO减少、CHE增加(P<0.01)。结论自制黄斑油对白癜风动物模型具有较好的治疗作用。

Results Huang,- Ban You could improve the dermatie melanogenesis and acetyleholinesterase and decrease the MAO of the animal, differences between Huang - Ban You gel group and control group were highly significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Huang - Ban You had good curative effect on the guine - pig models of vitiligo.
