43例头癣患者临床及真菌病原学研究

Clinical and mycological study on 43 cases of tinea capitis

目的了解本地区头癣发病情况以及菌种分布情况。方法对43例真菌镜检阳性确诊头癣的患者进行真菌培养、鉴定。结果43例头癣中黑癣27例(62.8%)、脓癣12例(27.9%)、白癣3例(7%)、黄癣1例(2.3%),致病真菌主要为紫色毛癣菌13株(30%)、犬小孢子菌12株(27.9%)、红色毛癣菌6株(14%)、许兰毛癣菌1株(2.3%)。结论头癣主要致病菌为紫色毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌。

Objective To find clinical and pathogenic fungi of tinea capitis, Methods 43 microscopy - postive illness hairs were cultured and identified. Results In the 43 patients of tinea capitis, there were black - dot ringworm 27 cases （ 62.8% ）, kerion 12 cases （27.9%）, gray - patch ringworm 3 cases （ 7% ）, tinea favosa 1 case. The main pathogenic fungi were Trichophyton violaceum 13 （30%）, Microsporum canis 12 （ 27.9% ）, Trichophyton tousurans 9 （ 20. 9% ）, Trichophyton schoenleinii 1 （ 2.3% ）, Trichophyton rubrum 6 （ 14% ）, Microsporum gypseum 2 （4. 7% ）. Conclusions M. canis and T. violaceum are main pathogenic fungus in our area.
