摘要
报道1例以Kaposi肉瘤为首发症状的艾滋病病人。患者男,60岁。双小腿以下多发紫红色瘤性损害2月余。抗-HIV抗体阳性,病理诊断符合Kaposi肉瘤的病理变化,CD4/CD8 0.79(参考值1.28±0.5),诊断为艾滋病。
A 60 - year - old male has presented with multiple pigmented or purple nodules on the lower legs . The lesion had lasted for two months. The result of anti- HIV antibody was positive. The pathologic diagnosis of the lesion showed Kaposi＇ s sarcoma （KS）. The ratio of CD4/ CD8 was 0.79（reference value：1. 28±0.5）. The man was diagnosed AIDS.
