本文从发展能源产业投资基金的必要性、对升级调整能源产业结构的特殊意义两方面进行了阐述,并提出了发展能源产业投资基金的建议。
The paper discusses the necessity of energy industrial investment fund, and analyzes the significance of upgrading and adjusting energy industry structure. And then it puts forward some suggestions for developing energy industrial investment fund.
