摘要 研究了罗勒采后贮藏过程中的外观及其生理指标变化。结果表明:罗勒采后在贮藏期间失水明显;呼吸速率变化不大,呼吸高峰出现在第2天;质膜相对透性在采后变化缓慢,第2天达到133.74%;罗勒叶片的叶绿素、可溶性固形物、蛋白质和维生素C的含量呈下降趋势,而有机酸的含量则基本保持稳定。室温贮藏2 d后的罗勒已不具备商业品质。 Studied on the shape and physiological changes of Oeimurn basiticum during postharvest storage. The results showed that: The mositure of Oeirnurn basiticum seriously lost during postharvest storage,the breathing changed slowly, the breathing peak emerged in the second day of storage at ambient temperature, the cell membrane permeability bad changed slowly at first and the second day that reached 133.74% ,the content of chlorophyll, TSS, protein and Vitamin C decreased, but the level of organic acid kept stabilization. It was concluded that after 2 days' storage at room temperature, there was no any commercial quality of Oeimum basiticum.
